Best-EVER Lamb Burger
Ingredients: 1 lb. ground lamb (or beef, if you prefer) 3 Tbsp. That Rub - Caribbean Black seasoning 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise 4 Brioche buns Feta cheese, crumbled Red onion, sliced Tomato, sliced
1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine ground lamb with Caribbean Black seasoning. Be sure to mix until seasoning is evenly mixed into meat. 2. Divide meat into 4 equally sized patties 3. Heat a large cast-iron skillet on med-high heat. Add burgers, and cook until crisp on the outside, and slightly pink on the inside, about 6 minutes per side for medium well. Remove from pan. 4. Toast the inside of brioche buns using the same pan. 5. Spread mayo on top & bottom bun, top with patty and crumbled feta on one side, and sliced tomato and onion on the other side.
