Ingredients: (serves 4)
1 lb. Ground Beef
1/3 red bell pepper, diced
2 stalks green onion, diced
1/3 cup That Rub- Caribbean Black
Sauté red bell pepper on high heat until translucent, add green onion and cook until softening. Add these veggies to raw ground beef and add Caribbean Black seasoning. Mix well. Shape into one inch balls and sauté in large skillet on medium heat, cover. Cook approximately 5 minutes, then rotate and continue to do so every 3 minutes until all sides are cooked through. Serve with rice for a full Caribbean effect!
