Ingredients:
12 chicken wings
1/4 cup That HEAT- That Rub
3/4 cup Master Blend- That Rub
2 cups flour
1 cup water
2 cups oil
Instructions:
Combine flour with Master Blend seasoning only. Coat each wing generously in That HEAT seasoning. Next, coat in seasoned flour, dip in water, and coat with flour again. Fry until cooked, about 10-12 minutes.
These are SPICY!
