1 Tbsp. oil
16 chicken wings
1/2 cup That HEAT! (That Rub)
Place wings and seasoning in a gallon Ziploc bag for at least overnight to marinate. These wings can be cooked however you want (grilled, smoked, baked, etc.), but because we had lots of snow when creating this recipe, we lightly greased a cast iron skillet, placed the wings inside, turned to medium heat, and put a lid on the skillet. They cooked for about 20 minutes with the lid on, and then we browned them with the lid off for the last 10 minutes or so. Quick, easy, and indoor cooking!
**Please note: open the windows while cooking, as those peppers get quite smoky while cooking indoors!
***We pictured with an orange, which was a great addition and NEEDED to cool down our palette!
